How do I integrate or connect a web application to shopify?

Hola buen dia querida comunidad , quisiera pedirles su gran ayuda, me encuentro en un dilema ya que mi empresa tiene varios sitios ecommerce en shopify y me pidieron que integrara los sitios a un servicio que nos presta una empresa trasnportadora , mi pregunta es como puedo vincular directamente el aplicativo con nuestro sitio en shopify , si no se puede directamemte que apis puedo utilizar?

1) DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalization if you want to be taken seriously.
2) This is an English language site, and we can only accept and answer questions in that language. I have run this through Google Translate to produce a probably-good version, but you should check it and make sure it does say what you are actually asking.
3) We can't answer that question: we have no idea what the shipping company provides or expects. Your best (and pretty much only) source of information is the shipping company itself: they will know what is necessary and should be able to guide you - probably they provide an API to interface with and will have the details on how to use it.
If they don't, they will at least be able to tell you how other companies did it.

Are you integrating with Shopify, Shipping company, or both?

For Shopify, they have an API that you can work with: Shopify API reference docs[^]

As for the shipping company, there is not enough information to work with. However, at a guess, you could use the ShipStation API: Integrating with ShipStation[^] ... they connect with most of the common carriers: ShipStation Partner Marketplace[^]
