How to customize the console window of java app and pin it in windows?

the program is going to get many times inputs from the users by scanner class, so want to make the window smaller plus chanhing it's place to the corner of display and also pin it; which API or library could ne useful for this task?

What I have tried:

the default window is of course the cmd alike window which doesn't open in an approprate place.

It is the user who decides where to pin a Window. If your application is a console app then you do not have control over its size. If it is a GUI app then you control the size when declaring the main window of the application.

Click on where it says Console and Drag it back onto Eclipse.
