I believe it is just a warning, not an error or a problem. It just says that the system can't tell if there are other dependencies so if there are you have to make sure you add them manually.

This is only a warning to inform you that a file that you are packaging with your application cannot determine its dependency.

The macromedie (adobe) flash player that you are using is also a problem in the sense that it has been deprecated by Adobe, mainly around the age of the component and security issues. You should move away from this control to another. There are plenty more that is more advanced and developed than this old component, some user pc's might even block the player as has been found as can be seen HERE -
