how to send sms through WAVECOM multiport usb modem using C#

Can anybody tell me how to send sms through WAVECOM multiport usb moden using C# ?
I installed the drivers and connect a sim card. but I have no idea how to send sms from it.
an A-type USB cable is connected the PC and the other end is B-type usb connector. I am using
TATA docomo sim card for connection

[PC] ----------------------------------------------------> [MODEM]
== A-type USB output B-type USB input

please help me

the provider would have to expose some form of API to you in order for you to send sms's as the sim inserted. You could if you just need to send use a sms provider like "SMS Portal" or "BulkSMS"

my client has sent this machine , after that I download the drivers .. I can send sms from Ozeking sms gateway program ,, but I want some idea of C# application so I can use it with PC

I think you intended to comment to a solution, but created a solution instead.
