How can I make my application visible in server?

Hi, dear all, I have some trouble in deploy application built by C#.

When we deploy some multi-user environment, I use mstsc to connect to server and setup and launch this application ( in name of administrator)

But when I disconnect from server and relogon(in the same account: administrator) , it disappears from desktop. While this application is monitoring and operating database , so I can find that it is still running because database is under operation normally.

How can I make my application visible to all connection session then? Must I build and install it as a windows-service?

if you are deploying using setup. Then do check that it installs for all users.
