I have some doubts
1)Is that JVM (java vertual machine ) and IIS both are similar?
2)What is the use of IIS?
3)Is that IIS is mandatory in an OS to open webpages?
4)Is that JVM is allready there in OS?

Plz plz plz simply explain ASAP

1) JVM and IIS are not equivalent. JVM is the Java Virtual Machine, used for running Java applications and IIS is Microsoft's Webserver
2) IIS is the standard webserver on a windows platform
3) You don't need IIS to open a webpage, a simple browser will do. If you mean hosting, then you don't need IIS either. You could use any number of other webservers out there
4) If I'm not mistaken, the JVM isn't part of windows, probably due to some legal issue
