MSG Command in Server 2008

Dear all,

System such as:
1. A Server: window server 2008, workgroup (IP Address: 10.15.1.2)
2. A client: winxp, connect with server in LAN (IP Address: 10.15.1.3)
3. A client: winxp, connect with server by VPN (IP Address: 10.15.1.4)
Please help me use MSG command to send message from server to clients by IP Address
