i want to know how to make windows form more attractive like web application.
like using css.
if you have any idea to make wonderful color combination in windows form.
how to make oval button with crystal look.font style different look.background with multiple color.

it take to much time.if any other option on design point of view.
Although the DevExpress components are not free, I can really recommend them. They provide very good customizability and allow skinning your forms so they really look unique. See here for some samples:

Hey there,

There is no mentioning of the version of .NET you are using. In case you use .Net 3.5 or higher, you can use WPF. You can use Expression Blend[^] to customize your UI like Adobe Photoshop.
