Sync Sqlserver Database to local sql server database (Log shipping in SQL SERVER)

I am using MS-SQL SERVER for Database. and parallel plesk panel as a control panel of my website.

I want to Sync data from my Website's server database to localhost database. but i can't manage to do it.

Please, Help me and give some solution to do this task.

Or just do a backup of your .mdf and .ldf file :)
