we are having a crm system for employees.now previously we use to keep the data n tally..now as we got this system so we want all the tally data to be merged at the new system

Think about your comment a minute. If you are trying to use a commercial product, but you don't have a license, you clearly can't use that product until you have a license. We certainly would not recommend or suggest any possible way to circumvent the product's security.

hi,

In the tally there is one option to Export your data into XML.
So you can create XML for your data. then read that XML into .net application and save the data into our database.

We can not directly import, for that we have to write code for IMPORT, because tally exported format is totally different.
