I want to know the complete phases for designing a bulk sms sender software.
some software have the spamming problems or messages are failed. How to overcome this problem and make an efficient software. Please reply me soon considering me as a beginner.

Bulk sms can not send messages to DND activated SIM-cards.
In that case check status of message if it is failed then send sms using mobile,
Means attach your mobile or sim-card device to PC and send sms.

you can study Hyper-terminal (for attach and send-receive sms using mobile & pc connectivity)

Happy Coding!

Thanx dear. Actually I want to design an error free sw which dosen't face any spamming problem or sending failed error message using third party websites. Like monster and way2sms etc. how they work without any error and their messages are delivered instantly

do you know way2sms also not sending sms to DND activated Numbers.
Mobile or modem device is good but it allows 200 sms per day, This is limitation
Bulk sites are not sending sms to DND activated SIMs
thus both methods have limitations, so use bulk sms site and fetch report from site, if report says sms not sent then send that sms using modem/mobile. thus in every condition sms will reach to destination,
and if you have activated free message schemes in your SIM then it will follow the scheme, doesn't matter you have attached it to PC.
hii dhananjay ,
there are two tech of SMS sending using windows application
1) With Modem device
2) With third party web site

You need to decide which method you use.

1) Using modem device you have some limitations like
you can send daily limited no of messages
Using Third party website you have no limitation of message
2) when you use modem you need not internet om your machine instead you need active simcard with well network while using third party you need internet on your machine.
3) economically Third party is always better option
