Considering we have no way of knowing what caused the error, not likely. Try posting the code that threw the exception.

Looks like an Database Login issue .

Make sure that the right Server Name , Database Name , User Name and Password is passed to the Report .

I had the same error and I resolved installing SQL Native Client.
