How to count datagridview textbox character length and balance length with maximum length

Dear All,

Please guide me for the following,
If, a datagridview textbox MaximumLength = 100. How to count and display in a label "entered character and remaining character to enter with the Maximum Length". Then, focus next field completion of MaximumLength of Textbox.
