File transfer application

Hi
plz help me to create an windows form application for copying files from one location to another location .in this application one progress bar with some details(like Percentage,Total Size,Copied File Size,File or Folder Name) should be display while files/directory are transfering.and files list also should be display in list box one by one.

This is not a good,we cannot work from that little what you are trying to do.
