css designing not working

if i make changes in css file....that won't make any diffrences to old one.... y???? :-( any idea???

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.

Solution 2

May be your CSS file is cached and old version is still in use. Do a Cntrl+F5 for the page or clear your cache. New CSS file would be downloaded on client system and css should get applied.
