Hi,

Please open your solution and add new Item as Master page in your solution as example "MasterParents.master" then again add new master page like "MasterChild.master" and for child master page Checked check box from "Select Master page" and select master page as MasterParent.master.

so your MasterParents.master is main master and MasterChild.master is Nested master page.

Hope you can got it....!!!!
