Need help to Download My Email Attach ment files automatically to my local Directory

can any one help me for my project,
i need to download all my attachment files in my email to my local folder automatically,so that i don't wants to download the file coming to my mail each time.
Is there any option to do this in asp c# or through any windows service. Please give me a direction to do this.

Ment files could be "attached" exactly as any others. What is their MIME type, by the way? :-)
