how to enable advanced options insert,update, edit,delete in gridview with sqldatasource

hi guys..... i used visual studio 2008 and sqlserver2005. now i want to do more advanced operations like insert, update, edit, delete in gridview. i try these but i can't check these options because that being disable stage. so anybody help me
