How can we find TimeZone by contry name in C#.

Google is your friend: Be nice and visit him often. He can answer questions a lot more quickly than posting them here...

A very quick search using your subject as the search term gave over 50,000 results: Google[^]

In future, please try to do at least basic research yourself, and not waste your time or ours.

there is no one solution in google for NET

If you do not want to waste your time then you can just -not- post a comment...
var zones = from tz in TimeZoneInfo.GetSystemTimeZones() where tz.Id = "xxx" select tz;

Replace "xxx" with your desired timezone... :)
