Need navigate betwwen pages in silverlight

Hello!I 'm new in silverlight.I tried to find some help with navigate from one page to another, but have found only hard samples and I can't understand why it.It's looks very hard.
Can You provide some simple example, when I have a UserControl(MainPage), and 2 SilverlightPages, folder(View).I use pattern MVVM.
