Hi all

i want to Crystal Report Design following Format

---------------------------
  studentname   city  
----------------------------
   A              Erode

   B              Erode

   C              Erode

but i want to

---------------------------
  studentname   city  
----------------------------
   A              
                
   B              Erode

   C

city is same ,the city name disply only one i want pls help me

DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.

If you want to format the report so that duplicated values are not repeated down the page, use the field formatting option.

In the details section:

1- Right click on the field, and select the “Format Field” menu.
2- Tick the box that says: Suppress if duplicated
