popup screen loaded twice when called.

In VBA once i am calling popup window its loaded twice, which makes the difference in the values displayed into the popup screen.
Can't able to find how its calling it again. since formload(popup screen) is called again directly once it ends first time.

My common sense says that the person asking the question should speak through the code rather than statements.. I wont be able to answer this either :)
