Import and Export of Data into and from excelsheet

Hi
Friends Can any one help me with providing the best code for Importing and Exporting of data into excel sheet..
Where we can specify the Sheet name also where Importing and Exporting of Data..
If the Sheet Doesn't exists we can create an new sheet in the excel using C# and asp.net codes
