DON'T SHOUT. Using all capitals is considered shouting on the internet, and rude (using all lower case is considered childish). Use proper capitalisation if you want to be taken seriously.

Solution 2

To configure your microsoft outlook

set your user name as email id and give password.

and also set pop3 to incomming mail and smtp server for outgoing mail.For Pop3 and smtp server serch in google
