bandwith detection in java program

can i show bandwidth in java code .. while connecting to the internet.
As software "NetTools.exe" shows the bandwidth... i.e a graph showing % of packets lost...etc.

Can i implement it in GUI IN java CODE using netbeans... ??
plz help

does netbeans support this bandwith programme...
