how we use checkbox in datagrid in silverlight

hello,
please tell me that how i can use checkbox for everyrow selection and a master checkbox on that checkbox all checked and on same unchecked all checkbox is uncheked

You can fetch the SelectAll Check box from the DataGrid Template and attach a event handler to it.
