I have a software that is opening PDF files in internet explorer, but I want to open these documents in my own .Net application in a webbrowser control instead.
All of the mentioned PDF files are stored in an archive server and all of them can be opened by a URL. How can I prevent opening the documents in IE and catch the link to open it via the integrated webbrowser control?

Maybe I didn't explain it in the right way. The software that is opening the PDF files is a ERP system and not my own application. I can't change the system itself to open the files with another viewer. Therefore my question, how can I supress opening the documents in internet explorer and open it within my own application in the webbrowser control?
