1) You search for projects on sites, that offer them for free (such as Codeproject), probably via Google or any other search engine, that you fancy.

2) You find a project.

3) You download it.

Easy, isn't it?

Yeah, but since really everybody seems to put his bets on Google nowadays, the odds are pretty low. So I would go for one of the lesser well-known horses.

Wait, are we still talking about search engines?

Did you have a look at their website? "Bars Close: Approximately half an hour after the last race". How could one possibly celebrate one's winnings like that? Bad business model.
Agree with others, you can get coding in web but mostly impossible about documentation
