You need the framework to do this, so no, you cannot run these applications on a MAC directly.
Check out[^] what you find at Mono.

Sure, a 5. I must add: I've just completed a migration project for Mono on Mac -- Mac OS X is the worst of platforms for Mono, millions of problems (many solved or worked around; nevertheless...)
