I learned ASP.NET and looking for develop my career in it. But is it better than Java or any other framework?
Posted

It depends!

My advise to you is to learn them all and see what kind of job you can get and which one offers better career path to you once you have job. Many times the job will dictate where you go.

ASP.net, Java and PHP have about 30% market share each.

30% x 3 = 90%, the remaining is 10%. is it for Classic ASP?

Peel python ruby etc.
They say "You should know some thing about every thing, and every thing about some thing".

So, I suggest you continue in ASP.NET and try to learn other technologies like java and php

As Ali and Mehdi mentioned you should learn a little bit about all of them to start with. As you progress in your career you would know which one you are more interested in or have more expertise. It's a mystery question that would unravel only after some time and only you can make the final call...we all can just provide suggestions....;-)

All the best...
