dropdownlist values in Excel 2010

Dear Friends,

I have an excelfile (2010) with 2 sheets
sheet 1
has a dropdownlist with personnames (taken from sheet 2)

sheet 2 has 2 fields personNames and phonenumber

How can I show phonenumber in a cell in sheet 1 when selecting a personName?
