Hi dear Experts,

i am developer on asp.net.I have 8 months of exp.I would like to improve my skills,so starting a project.I do not know the cycle of a s/w product development in real world.I need your help,and suggest me . Am i doing doing correct with less exp?What is the part of coding and what are necessary steps i should learn?

Suggest me, the books to read,forums to watch daily,Experts to follow.

Good starting point - OP can go for the serious stuff like CMMI and TOGAF - a serious amount of reading that won't make sense for small projects
I think you should pick up a book on the SDLC and go through it.
There are tons of good books available in the market.
