but having a problem with getting a live stream of my camera on my vb.net ,,

HOW CAN I START WITH ,,, CAN SOME ONE HELP WITH IT........

There are many articles on CodeProject relating to Webcams. Some in VB and some in C#. have a look for facial recognition, shape recognition etc. Okay you are maybe not wanting to do this type of thing, but you can look at the sources and see how they are obtaining the feed.
