I need a solution to read the browsing history. After I've read the browsing history I'd like to display it in a listbox.

Solution 1

You've come to the right place. Here is an article by goblins[^] called The Tiny Wrapper Class for URL History Interface in C#[^]. The library was done in C#, but you can use is with any .NET language.
That should serve your needs.
