I want to make a website that facilitates sending or receiving messages on mobile phones.How it is possible?
How to use sms gateway.
Is it free.
If i use a free sms gateway for commercial website,then what risks i can face?

You can use api those smsgate way provides.search google to find out those providers.those api are simple to use and there providers provides you sample code.
