Talk to paypal.

Seriously. Do not accept any suggestions from anyone other than the company involved when you are dealing with real money. If you do, you are leaving yourself wide open to fraud, and you personally may be responsible for any losses.

Talk to paypal: I believe they even include a sandbox mode to allow you to test your software without actual money changing hands.
