Reassigning tasks of custom workflow in visual studio 2010

Hi All,

Here goes my scenario.

I have a list by name Resource Request. Items to it such as Resource name, experience etc will be added up by a Manager through infopath forms

On addition of item of to my list workflow should be initiated and send a mail to Resourcing team that contains details of item entered.

If resoucring team find exact match with the request made, details should be mailed back to manager and workflow should end up.If match not found by team, resourcing people should be able to forward it to HR team to recruit new resources.

Am done with adding up list items through infopath and workfklow to send mails.
Am not getting how to proceed further.
All these must be custom done in visual studio 2010

How should I reassign the task item to resourcing team and proceed further

Please help me out
