Solution 1

Probably the easiest way for you to do this is to invest in a decent HTML Help editor. There are several decent versions out there (here's[^] a Google link to choose from). If you're just producing something for your personal use, this[^] one's free and looks quite decent.

A lot of companies make tools to make this process a bit easier (the MS tools are pretty clumsy) but its essentially the same process. Its actually not hard to do a simple one.
