How to Start with MVC

Hi
i Have to develop a MVC Application
But i dont Know anything about that.
i have worked on Vs 2005 , 2008 now i need to learn MVC from start.
Any suggestions how to start with MVC. I have searched on google and got some
good links but iam confused between them, anybody told me which is the best way
and link to start with MVC.
