can users create their own form?

Hi all.
Now I have a problem, I want to create a application that users (not developers) can create their own form by drop and drag controls into work form (like framework in .Net...).
Has anyone get the same problem?

How those users differ from developers? Qualification? You cannot imagine how poor is the qualification of many developers...

This is a fairly common request and a search on the internet should get you a number of useful hits.

To get you started take a look at the links I provide at the bottom of Designing Nested Controls[^], those are mostly related to what you want to do.
