I'm looking for examples shows how we can use HttpUnit in geeting and manipulating data for specific website.

for instance writing HttpUnit to get list of department and employees information under each department for company website and store the output as relational DB or XML or even text file

Why don't you try the HttpUnit sourceforge site. They have this awesome little section called "Tutorial" that you might find useful.
