Connection in asp.net 3.5

hi experts,

I have one problem regarding to below topic.

suppose,

one finger scanner is connected to client pc via usb port named "D".

And I have one website named "A".

Now I Just want to connect "D" with Website "A" and get data from it.

so tell me only that how can I Get connection between them.
