Is there any way to copy textures fast without locking rectangles between render target texture and dynamic texture?

StretchRect does not work, when the target is dynamic texture.
UpdateTexture does not work, if the target texture has D3DPOOL_DEFAULT.
DXSurfacetoSurface (do not remember right function name) works slow.

@Koslov_Sergey: If you can see a green 'Improve question' widget (bottom right of question) then that's the one. If you cannot see it, then you do not have enough points to do it yet.

All data should be stored in dynamic texture and then i can be stretched.
