convert voice to text

hi all

I have problem in my graduation project
i want convert voice to text to show it in a balloon
i tried two way to convert the voice but its doesn't work
is there any one can help me to convert it
really i need help source code for it in c# :(

note: I work in WPF.

Huh... You might be asking a bit too much. Teams of professionals have been working on speech-recognition systems for many, many years, yet the results are somewhat beyond expectations.

If I had a source code of such program, I wouldn't give it to anyone (including you), I would sell it... :)

i know that
but its doesn't too much
many people made it
if you have windows 7 or vista there is speech recondition and you can use it
but i mean i need to know hoe to use it in my program
i tried too many ways bout not same to what i mean
