How can I send a full command to arduino via bluetooth ?

I didn't searched yet. its my first question to the internet

I am trying to make a small car with arduino.
I am using the HC-05, I know how I can send data to it, like a letter a word ...
But what if I need to send a command by by serial from my C# application. For example,

digitalWrite(13, HIGH);

so the message will be sent from a C# application and executed as a command by the arduino
