AFAIK, there is no software specifically designed to speed up a developers code typing - there are many general typing speed improvers both free and paid: Google will find you plenty with a simple search, but some free ones include
TypingClub[
^],
Klavaro Touch Typing Tutor[
^], and
Rapid Typing[
^]. I can't vouch for any of 'em - I used "Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing" a very long time ago - but any improvement in general typing speed is going to speed up coding quite a lot.
You can also use different keyboards - I'm a lot faster on my "usual" keyboard than I am on the WookieTab keyboard because I know where the keys are and how hard I have to press them. Some people swear by
Dvorak keyboards[
^] - others swear at 'em - they were designed to speed up typing, but going from them to a QWERTY layout or vice versa is a brain fuddler. If you want others to avoid using your computer like the plague, get a Devorak keyboard...
