Hi Team,

I am not a coder, I need help for my blog, in the blog I would like to put check box for each questioner, I need results and user name,email id and contact number once user tick the check box and submit button.

What I have tried:

My requirement is
1) topic ----> square check box
2) submit button
3) enter user name,mail id ,contact number
4) results should send to my mail id once user enter above details

If you are not a coder, then Wordpress would be the obvious best choice for you. It is designed for non-coders and there are thousands of plugins to choose from. I am certain that there will be a plugin to do exactly what you want. The hardest part will be selecting one from the many different choices available.
