How to schedule a Task in windows server like cronjobs do in php?

Hello ,

I want to find a alternative or something like cronjobs in php for windows server to schedule a task on server like sending email.

In php with the help of cronjobs we can schedule a task on server. Is there is same way for windows server?

I have a domain on godaddy

Can you tell me that is this class liabrary for a web application as i want a task scheduler for my web site for auto mail
