Server response time is too much on godaddy windows hosting

I have hosted wordpress on my Godaddy Windows host (Plesk). The website seems to be loading very slow, and Google PageSpeed shows Server Response time is too much. How can I make it fast ? Is it because I hosted Wordpress on Windows Server ?

What I have tried:

I tried disabling the ASP.NET on my control panel. Still, it doesn't help.

You need to contact them. Maybe they overload the server. Or you need to check your code again, make sure that you have optimized your code. If you believe that you have fixed your website problem, then the problem on the server. If they cant fix your issue, just change your hosting provider, you can consider asphostportal.com for windows hosting

No, that is not the problem. If the same thing can work properly on your development machine then it should work the same on the hosting machine. The major problems can be:

1. You are using a shared environment.
2. CPU and RAM resources allowed to your application, are low.
3. Network bandwidth is lower than you wanted.
4. Server may be expecting a bit of problem itself.

I would recommend communicating with the GoDaddy officials to get help in this matter.
