If you're using the current version 19 setup of LEADTOOLS, there's a WPF image processing demo installed with the toolkit.
To reach it, go to the LEADTOOLS Shortcuts folder then navigate to Image Processing => .NET Class Libraries=>Medical Image Processing=>WPF Image Processing.

There you should find links to the pre-built EXEs, as well as shortcuts to the source code of both C# and VB.NET projects.
